To quote one update I received: "UPS Mail Innovations, for example, was so overloaded last week they refused to pickup Thursday and Friday to give them time to get some of their overloaded facilities a bit emptier. They are additionally imposing daily shipping maximums which are going to lead to further delays." You can learn more in this article.
In addition, production facilities themselves are running into delays due to COVID-related issues.
What does this mean? Well, to put it bluntly, even orders that were placed well ahead of order deadlines may run into issues. Orders that are placed right around order deadlines could have issues. We simply don't know what effects the current situation is going to have on production times and shipping times. I wish I had better news for us all, but I think the whole holiday season is going to be wild, and we're all just along for the ride.

In order to maximize the chances of delivery before December 25, please keep the following order deadlines in mind. These deadlines apply to U.S. shipping addresses.
Holiday shipping always brings with it many unknowns, especially this year.
